The Role Manage a portfolio between 150 - 200 residential properties Handle all tenant and landlord communications Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews & terminations Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections Occasional tribunal attendance (rare) Use top property systems: Property Me, Inspection Express, Agent Box Enjoy strong support for routines & no leasing responsibilities The Person Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant or Property Officer stepping up, or a Property Manager ready for a great culture change Holds current NSW Certificate of Registration Has own car & driver licence Confident communicator with first-class customer service skills Able to thrive in a busy, team-driven environment The Perks Monday to Friday role - NO weekends No leasing, well-supported role Fun, inclusive team culture Generous salary KPI bonuses Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
